How It Works
Choose your sweatshirt colour and font style.
Let us know your pet’s name.
Send us a photo of your pet via Etsy chat after placing your order.
If you’d like to preview the design, let us know within 24 hours. If we don’t hear back within three days of sending the design, we’ll proceed with embroidery and ship your item.
Care Instructions
Turn the sweatshirt inside out before washing.
Machine wash on a cold setting.
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on medium.
Avoid ironing the embroidered design.
Do not dry clean.
Processing and Shipping
As this is a customised product, please allow 1-7 working days for creation.
Delivery times:
US: 1-3 working days.
International: 5–25 working days (location dependent).
